Daily Backup Checks -Our helpdesk staff will connect to your server every working day to check that the backup has completed successfully. If not then we will resolve the issue to ensure that subsequent backups success.

Regular Restore Checks – We have often seen customers who backup daily, but when they try to restore realise that the backup hasn’t been successful or hasn’t backed up all of the data they need. We can schedule regular restore tests from your data, or a full DR test to restore your complete system back to a test server in our labs and provide you with peace of mind that your business is protected.
