One of the key factors in a successfull implementation is careful planning of the project, and ensuring that any issues along the way are carefully managed. As part of our consultacy offering we can provide a project management service to make sure that your project runs smoothly. We use a modified Prince2 methodology for our own internal projects and can offer this as part of a larger solution either completely managed by Consilium or involving your own staff.
Of course should you have your own project management staff then we are more than happy to liase with your project teams.
Managed delivery to vendor standards
For project delivery our staff adapt the ADTO (Assess, Design, Transform, Operate) model. This model describes 4 distinct phases that a typical service delivery project goes through, although not all projects may use every phase of the model. These models are based on requirements that we have to meet for providing services on behalf of various vendors, but we strive to follow this model for all consulting solutions.
